'The Light will lead you HOME' is a story-rich survival horror game. The player takes control of the main character, a teenage boy living with his parents, Brian. He wakes up in his house, to find himself trapped in it with a monster. The monster only has one weakness: light. Brian must solve puzzles and find hints as to what happened and try to escape. While Brian tries to escape, the monster roams in the house with him.

Features:

Roaming Monster: The monster in this game, patrols the common areas in the house: the kitchen and the corridor. It will hunt you down if you enter its territory without crouching. It will stop chasing you and move to your last known position, if you crouch or exit its territory.

One and only weakness: Monster's only weakness is light. Use your flashlight to defend yourself. The monster will die almost instantly and respawn. Beware, if you keep killing it, the light effect won't be effective immediately and the monster will try to kill you if it's attacked.

Story-driven: Unravel the mystery behind the monster that roams your house. Why are you trapped in your own house and what does the monster has to do with it? There is great symbolism in the game, so pay attention to the details. Be aware, the story has a sad and dark end!

Try to remain calm: As you play, you can break vases and plates. It's a good stress reliever while you are trapped in your house with a monster that's out to get you!

We are Lilith’s Child games studio, a team of two game developers from Cyprus. Currently, we are working on our games as a hobby in our free time, with the hope to found our own company one day.
